Japanese Curry Chicken with Spaghetti for lunch!

Remember the last time I made the Japanese Curry with Prawn Omelet? After probably a decade, I found out I still have some of the Japanese curry cubes left in the fridge. So I decided to make some Japanese Curry Chicken to go with Spaghetti for lunch.
With the Japanese curry cube which has all the taste you need in the dish, this is super easy to make.

What you need:Sliced onions, Potatoes and carrots cut into cubes, oyster mushrooms, Japanese curry cubes (amount according to your own taste), some spaghetti of course, and Chicken cut into small pieces and marinated with some pepper (sorry i forgot about the chicken when I took the picture of the ingredients, :p).

What to do:
For the spaghetti, cook in salt water for about 10 minutes or until they are cooked.

For the curry...
1. Heat up some oil in a pot. Then simmer the onion until they become a bit brownish.
2. Add in the carrots and potatoes and stir fry for a while.3. Add in about two bowls of water, and then the chicken. Let them boil.4. When the potatoes and carrot are cooked or soften, add in the mushrooms.5. Then turn the fire to medium or small and add in the curry cube and stir until the curry cube dissolves into the water.6. Stir until curry thicken. And you're done!7. Next step, just pour the curry gravy over some spaghetti and it's makan time!

Compared to the last time, which was my first time cooking Japanese Curry, this time was more of a real success because I controlled the amount of water so it doesn't go too watery. This time around the curry was thick enough and the flavour is heavier and nicer! Even when I ate it myself I went... Oh this is yummy~! Even the picture tells you how awesome my lunch looked like!
So I kept the leftover for Deardo and lucky Ducum Tan and her colleagues got to try them for lunch too!
Ask them, they all said it's nice! :p
