The bits of Perth...

I was going to put 'The Tits & Bits of Perth', but it really sounds weird...
Tits...
Now this is a final post on my trip back to Perth about a month plus ago. It contains some of the interesting stuffs lar. Some of them might be really unique to you all Malaysians... Hope you'll enjoy it!
This a picture taken in Jodi's car...Pay attention to the little red circle... Guess what are those? I thought it was some dry flowers...Oh well, it turned out, they were dried apples seeds!!!
Apparently Jodi ate them and never threw them away, and they had grown mushy and with fungesssss....
Oh well, Jodi is still the same old Jodi!
Next up, a top Jodi and I found very interesting at Kmart...
Soybean Fabric??? That means when you wash the clothes, the water will become soybean milk lor???
And then there is one of my favourite food in Perth that I want to introduce to all my friends. The Jester's Pie!!!This one must be Footy, with lots of bacon and eggs...
But I love this one, The Big Breaky, new flavour after I left, I guess... It is a bigger pie, with even baked beans in it! So filling and so damn yummmmyyyyy!!!
Look, Aussie's TV ads have not improved since I left. They are still VERY DA BAD!!! But but, I found this public announcement ad on the train quite cute..."STOP: Priority seat for mum and me". Cute one!
It's Kmart again! I saw these interesting Ferrero Roche chocolates...I remember Leslie put photos of these dark chocolate Ferrero on his blog. His brother got them from the states. And when I saw them I was sooo dying to try them too! And I found them in Perth!!!
And and... They are DAMN GOOD ler!
Not only that, they also have Ferrero Garden!Some fruits flavours lar... I wouldn't like them though...
Then there are some pictures from my Fremantle trip with Jodi and Dana...
First up, a pair of winter Crocs which look very comfortable, but I wonder how would it be when it rains???It's AUD60, RM 180, not too bad I guess...
And then there are some 'interesting stuffs in the town of Fremantle...There is just something about this cafe's name that made me laugh...
Nop, I'm soooo not a fan of Cleopatra....But owner of this hotel must a fan of her...
You can also find these words on the ground of Fremantle town.They are all words to describe laughter... Cute, right?
And this a a corn stall in the Fremantle market, which I always love!
No, it ain't no ordinary corn stall, okay? the corn are sold in different flavours, such as honey mustard, garlic butter, chili and black pepper. Interesting, right? I used to like the pepper one a lot! But this trip around, I tried the garlic one, still very good!
... Although expensive! For half comb of the corn, it's AUD 2.50 and full one AUD 3.50! That means RM 7.50 and RM10.50!!! Phew~I love corn!!!
Till then, so long Perth and all my dear mates back there! I will keep my promise, I will be back again when I have enough money again to make the trip~!

A Bloody Review

The Orphanage
I think this is the best of all four movies I'm going to talk about. It was the first time I've watched an European horror movie. And I actually love it! It's really a you know... 'One of a kind' horror movie. The ghost wasn't really scary, and it's actually not about just scaring you with some long hair and white clothes women, it's just one of the coolest horror movies I've ever seen!
I always think horror movies have to tell why did the ghost do that something to human earlier. E.g. The Sixth Sense where the girl wanted Haley Joel Osmen to show the video tape to her father. And The Orphanage tells you the story too!
You shouldn't miss this!

I thought it's a ghost-horror movie! And it turned it's a bloody killings movie!
Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!
Especially I still don't understand why the guy(supposed he's a ghost) wants to make people kill others...
Waste of time and money!
The Happening
Okay, its M. Night Shyamalan! Well, I know his work aren't that good since The Sixth Sense. Maybe some poeple would like this movie, but definitely not me lor... Because? It's basically like Final Destination, just that those people didn't die through freak accidents, but all killed themselves.
It's pretty weird in a way, maybe it's just because I don't like any 'freak-fiction' stuffs.
I think their major concern is to love the earth blah blah blah... But its just so weird... Especially the main actress! I really thought she was just a 'ke le fer' ler! My god! Who did the casting work?
The Missing深海寻人
嗯，因为是李心洁和除克才去看的电影，其实是充满期待去看的。
刚开始是感觉很不错的，虽然里面的鬼都好笑多过可怕，可是那个feel有在哦！而且我超爱张震在里面的角色的，太好玩啦！还有，张震狱都有出现，这是一个惊喜啦！
不过看到中间段，突然就变成李心洁原来是失忆了，然后所有的角色都变了，我就开始不明白了.......到现在我还是不明白。所以各位，如果有去看的话，请跟我解释一下！
不过.......如果你expect这是部鬼片的话，你只对了大概一半，它其实是部爱情片！
But the conclusion is...
WHY THE HELL ARE ALL MOVIES NOWADAYS SO BLOODY?
I BLOODY HATE THEM ALL!!!!

Reviews of Everything...

I'm going home tomorrow for the 'Bak Chang Festival', so before I got 'disconnected' with the internet, here's a post of everything in one.
Kononnya I've finally got a job offer, I spent like, quite over my earlier budger at Sungai Wang today when I was supposed to be actually doing some business deals with my Karen and Meng Han. Anywayz, you know I always know how to find excuses for myself, right? Let's take it as gifts for starting a new job!
First up, an OH-SO-CUTE dress from one of the roof-top shops. I think the boutique's name is The Cutting or something... I think it's the best shop over there cos they have really unique choice of dresses, tops and shorts. Apparently they are all from their very own designers who are... I don't know.I just love this dress!!! It's RM 81.
Then, this is from former DJ Fan Bing's shop called December, also at the roof-top. It's also really cute and it will come in just well for my new job!RM 59.90 for this cute top!
Somehow, it was the first time ever that I dare to step into the designers shops at Sungai Wang. I went into my favourite designer, Melinda Looi's shop but came out empty handed because well, tak boleh lah, still quite expensive for me. I finally bought another quite cute piece from William Ooi's shop. His clothes are actually quite casual and nice. All three of us actually had great time browsing around the shop and trying on some of the pieces... The thing is, I still don't know who's William Ooi... One piece dress, with comics print, including the black singlet, from William Ooi, RM 87.
Okay, the next reviews will have to be done in Chinese, since they are Chinese CDs...

哇塞，从之前的新闻报道里得知温力铭出精选集开始，我就一直很期待它的发行了！终于，今天给我买回来了！耶~~！！！
精选集嘛，就一大堆很棒很棒的歌曲啊！我超喜欢的Love & Freedom、靓仔、Siapa、贱人、为何想太多等等。还有新歌一起祷告和Say Goodbye都是水准之作！
赞~！！！
老实说，我听不听这张CD都会说它很好听的啦，因为Danny真的很棒！他写的歌都太特别了、太好听了。而且他的人也太可爱了啦！超喜欢的！Danny加油啦！
《情牵南苑》电视原声带
Well,你大概不知道我一直都在追这部电视剧吧？马来西亚制作来说，真的算很不错了啦！更何况有蔡可立哥哥，一定捧场啦！
看久了，自然也爱上了主题曲和片尾曲（其实比较喜欢和唱版本的片尾曲），然后原声带里还有一些很好听的旧歌，所以就决定了去买来收藏。哈哈，其实，我应该会自己copy进电脑，然后就把CD送给妈妈吧？
不过老实说，我并不觉得李欣怡唱歌很好听啰！应该是因为她被力捧才会突然叫她唱吧？很奇怪哩，“无端端”叫她来唱，而且有些部分听她唱得很辛苦的feel!戴倩芸唱歌应该比她好吧？真不明白为什么要搞一个幕后代唱......
Well, by the way, 我也通过了Voice网络台的一个游戏得到了《情牵南苑》的演员亲笔签名poster!其实有点造马的啦，因为也是他们叫我参加的，不让我赢怎么行啊？既然拿回来了，就放上我房间的墙壁上啦！嘿嘿，有很帅的Leslie哥哥捏！不错啦！虽然我一边看剧，一边在骂那个衰何宝胜，不过Leslie哥哥还是很帅、很可爱啦！下个星期他中抢捏，oh no!!!

Hey hey, I'm actually a bit tired after the gym session, but never mind, just wanted to put something random...
Ever wonder how would it be if you can carry some chocolate out everyday without worrying your chocolate would melt in your bag???These 'chocolate flavoured' mirror and medicine box are just sooooooo cute!
I got myself dark chocolate ones, the milk chocolate one might be sent home for my lil' sis.
Was tempted to buy for Yve Vonn too, but you know, she doesnt need a mirror or a medicine box...
And I Rene just got her very own lappy, and it's the same as mine, just smaller size! So now we have two green Dells under one roof! We are definitely green lovers! GO GREEN! SAVE THE EARTH! Hahaha...Yeah, for this one, the caption will have to be GREEN too.

我是红豆冰姐姐！:)

哇塞，不知不觉已经六月了，就是说我失业已经一个月多了。虽然没工作，可是我的生活可是过得非常的充实的哦，甚至可以说比我工作时更忙！
其中，5月26及27日就去了《我来当主播》小学组的训练营帮忙，当了组长，带小孩！
什么？？？包包带小孩？？？
是的，是的，一个像我那样对小孩子很没耐性的人去了帮人带小孩！
好啦，好啦，也不是很辛苦啦！我带的是11岁的，女生都很乖，男的比较难控制，不过有惊无险的就过去了！
我已经很懒得写太多了，红豆冰姐姐要用图讲故事啦！嘿嘿嘿！红豆冰姐姐跟大家say hi！当了我“孩子”两天的G组，是少了最难搞的那个，我整个就放弃，让他到处跑了！还有很爱粘我的泳君和家均，很可爱是吧？红豆冰姐姐正在很认真地教小朋友怎么报新闻哦！
不好意思，都没有很好看的全体照，所以没放上来。
这次因为才两天的时间，所以训练营结束后并没有和那些小孩子依依不舍的。可是像泳君和家均我就觉得超可爱的，不知道泳君会不会打电话给我捏？嘻嘻！不过基本上，听过了别的组长的话，我还是觉得小孩子很难搞，还是觉得顾小孩还是别搞我！生小孩也是别搞我！
听说中学组的会很好玩，有机会的话我也要玩！

Eu Jin's birthday & my busy Friday

It was May 30.
My schedule... 11am-2pm: Karaoke with Karen @ Neway Times Square. 2pm++-5pm: Book Fair with Karen @ KLCC. 7pm-10.30pm: Eu Jin's birthday dinner @ Delicious, One Utama. 10.30pm-2pm: Karaoke with cousins and Ducum @ Neway One Utama.
Plus, I had to wake up at 7 something the same morning to do my shooting for my final assignment...
DAMN BUSY LOR!!! No wonder some people said I'm busier when I'm jobless lar!
I'll fast forward everything in the morning because I did not take any photos. So let's start with the very 'delicious' birthday dinner at Delicious. It was my very first visit to the restaurant, which is next to FCUK. The interior design was already quite impressing, I can't stop myself from taking loads of photos of the really nice blue coloured based restaurant!I love this picture! And I love that piece of dress I bought from Perth!
The blue colour based interior design of Delicious is really nice. The part with the bird cages is my favourite one.
They serve both Western and Oriental food. Not too expensive, I think the main course ranges from RM 19.90 onwards. 3e made a right choice ordering two different type of salads as starters. Honestly, I think the salad was better than the main course meal!My Hot Honey Lemon drink with biscutti.
Caesar Salad with Chicken. Love the fact that it has avocado in it!
Also, the very nice Grilled chicken Spinach Salad.
We all ordered a main course meal each. Most of us went for spaghettini (yes, they call it 'spaghettini' here), but since I had 'spaghettini' at Neway for brunch, I decided to go for this this... Wait, let me check again... Marsala Lamb shack. The lamb itself wasn't too bad. But the Marsala curry was a bit too heavy for me. And I wish they give a better or more interesting side vege. I like Jan Yi's Mascarporne Pesto Chicken. The pesto sauce was really nice and the chicken was very well grilled. Of course, I love the fact that it has asparagus!That's my Marsala Lamb Shack served with Basmati rice.
2e's Nasi Kerabu with Ayam Perchik.
Ducum's Cabonara Spaghettini with bacon.
3e and Uncle Thong's Thai Seafood Spaghettini. I didn't try that but I think it must be quite nice.
Eu Jin's Braised Oxtail Spaghetteni.
Jan Yi's Mascarporne Pesto Chicken. Looks damn nice right?

It was an enjoyable Friday and I had sooooo much fun! Thanks to Karen and of course my 3e and Uncle Thong for the treat!

Oh wait... I just figured out I have another food review!
So let's re-wind to last weekend where I had my dinner with 4e & Uncle Mike at Epress Cafe at The Curve.
The piece of menu at Empress Cafe.
It was a very simple restaurant right opposite Italianies, looks more like a kopitiam lor. But they serve Western, Malaysian and Indonesian food. The food was actually not too bad. In fact, I love them, but there are so many problems with the restaurant.
The waiters and waitresses are mostly(and probably) foreign workers who can't really understand or speak English. My 4e had to call for the manager when the waiter can't answer her question. Luckily the manager did a good job and was very polite. And I definitely think they should spend more attention on their too simple menu, which is just a piece of paper, and their kitchen ware.
Anywayz, here are the food without the proper names because I didn't write down the names. And the picture quality aren't that good since I took them with my mobile phone and only under the moonlight(Nah, not even sure if there was any moon that night)...The very special 'bun' as starter.
Seafood Spaghetti, which was originally in tomato paste.The very yummy Salmon Spaghetti with very special orange flavoured sauce. Thumb up!
The Rosemary Chicken, if I'm not mistaken.
And a double thumb-up for the dessert which I wish I know the name! It has chocolate and cashew nuts, really yummy... If minus the fat and sugar lar!
