Step Up 3(I didn't watch the 3D one)
You know a movie, or to be more accurate, a performance is really really good when you get the whole cinema went "WOW~!" or literally applauded in the cinema! I'm so freaking serious! Everybody was cheering and clapping hands watching the movie!
The movie started straight to the point, cut it really short in terms of introduction of the entire cast, which is a super plus point. I mean, this is a dance movie and non of the cast are any famous people so the dance part is more important. I wouldn't think the story is fantastic too because it's just always the same thing for dance movies. But besides that I think I'm gonna say I love everything about it!
I love the choreography! And my favourite would be the popping guy! Do check out the final performance where he teamed up with Moose to make an impressive head drop move! And the creativity this time in terms of different types of stages, the fact that there are Asians in their group(and boy that tall guy is so cool!), and the fact that they use the LED lights to make their costumes! I also love the part where Moose and Camille dance on the street! It's so like those old school movies, like Dancing in the Rain that kinda stuff but it's so cool with some new moves and effective usage of the props all along the street! That's probably my favourite part of the movie. Competition wise, the second round and the final was awesome!
Well done again Jon Chu!
You know what? If I have the time, I'm so gonna watch it a second time! Maybe in 3D this time around!

Awesome Girls' Day Out~! Awww~!
According to earlier plan, I was supposed to go back to Taiping for the long weekend with Deardo Wong. And then I was assigned to cover an (lousy) event on Saturday so I had to be left behind in KL.
I thought I'll be very sad and all you know but then the Friday's girls' day out with Karen and Sue (Meng Han lar, she just officially changed her name... ==|||)saved my entire weekend really!
Lunch @ Lumeeya, 1 Utama
Sue actually wanted to go to Mid Valley but gosh the place is like freaking crowded all car parks had an 'full' with a red light sign and it was so bloody jammed up! Man I can never understand why people love to go to Mid Valley so much!!! So we changed our plan to 1 Utama where it wasn't too bad. Some little boy wanted to take picture with Auntie Karen...
It's just a norm we had to have that peace pose... Ohya, I cut my hair again before I started working! Nice bo?
First thing first, lunch at Lumeeya. I've actually wanted to try the food here for quite a while but since Deardo Wong isn't quite a fan of Lum Mee, I have to go myself, or with my two hao jie mei! Funnily, in the end, none of us order their famous Lum Mee... :pThe chili sauce, sweet sauce and chili padi.
Karen had the Choo Cheung Fun kinda thing.
Sue had the Nyonya Curry Mee set which comes with a little bowl of Yong Tofu and a cup of soya bean.
I had the Dry Curry Mee Set.
Deep fried Sui Gao to share.
The main courses we had were all pretty much just so-so. But I must admit their side dishes Yong Tofu stuff are really nice! I guess they are all homemade lar. I can say the ingredients they use to make them are really fresh too!
But then one day I must really come and try their Lum Mee!
And then off we went to do some shopping! And then movie(movie review later), and then more shopping(yay~)! You know lar, Sue just came from the hill (she works in Genting now) so she really needs to buy all the stuff she needs here!
We stopped by Shu Uemura for some make-up stuff and honestly, that was the first time ever I let a sales girl at a cosmetic shop try products on my big face. Joanne was putting some ICI or the recently very famous Nippon Paint on my big face!
You know we actually changed the Nippon Paint commercial song to "Nipple pain, nipple pain~~~"
Sue's turn to put on some fake lashes!
And yes, I mean bloodily long lashes!
Camwhoring while waiting for Miss Sue!
The result? Spent like RM300 over there! But then I guess it's really time to use better products cos they are those that you have to apply on your face you know!
And then we had dinner before we called it a day!Big hole in my wallet~! :( Will have to save next month to clear my credit card now...
Damn, Sue's fake lashes are so obvious even from far!
I really had so much fun the other day! I mean, since I started seeing Deardo Wong, I've not really have a chance to go for a girls' day out like this (well also because a lot of my friends are either too busy or not in KL)! It was just solely doing some girls' shopping for clothes, shoes and cosmetics! So girlish! You know girls' views and comments when you do shopping are often so different as compared to guys' ones. Don't you think so? Every time I asked them, hey do you think I should buy this? They will go "if you really like it you should buy it!" Or "it looks really good on you, better buy no matter what!"Of course at times, they will give you honest comments if the stuff doesn't look very good lar. But then it's better than letting your guy waiting for you trying out your clothes (and got bored until he has to play with his iPhone) and don't really know how to give you a comment lor! (But good thing about shopping with your guy is of course he sometimes pays for you lar, right?) Really appreciate Karen and Sue's accompany for the day man even though it means a big hole in my wallet! Ouch~! :p

Job offer celebrato @ Tao, Sunway Giza
Hi there~! Are you guys missing me already?
Oh well, work is definitely taking a lot of my time now, and I can't even go back to Taiping with Deardo Wong this long weekend because I have to cover an event this Saturday!
Anywayz, more on my job later in the weekend. For now I really have to do this food review on Tao, a buffet restaurant that I've wanted to go for a while after reading Hayley's blog. I told Deardo once I got a job offer, we MUST go for this one to celebrate! And so we did last week, with some of his friends because I think we can order and try more food if we go as a gang.Yeah~! I finally made it there to Tao~!
Tao's very Balinese styled design... Although... They actually sell Japanese food.
Tao actually started in Penang (or is it Butterworth?), at the Auto City. From what Deardo said, this one here at Sunway Giza is slightly different. Over here, you have a Tepanyaki counter where you can choose your own ingredients and let them make the Tepanyaki for you, a Sashimi (my favourite, yumzzzz)and cold appetizer counter, salad and dessert bar all for you to pick your favourite ones just like normal buffet. Plus, you can order anything from the menu without paying extra too! It's RM58 per pax here for dinner and they have a Buy-6-Free-1 Promo for the whole month of August too!
Okay, end of introduction, it's makan time~!
Itatakimasu~! I was very excited with the plate of salmon Sashimi I got! Yumzzzz...
Our cold appetizers! Loads of salmon Sashimi!!!
Clockwise from top right: Some random deep fried stuff Deardo ordered, steamed Gyoza, grilled lamb and Tempura.
Clockwise from top right: Takoyaki, Edamame, sliced abalone and Nasu Hiroyaki.
Clockwise from top right: 3 Cup Chicken, Shark Fin Chawanmushi, Thai Hamaguri and some grilled fish.
I personally have a few favourites that I think it's a MUST TRY. The famous Motoyaki Scallop is simply awesome! I don't know what kinda sauce they use, but it's definitely yummy! We had like 3 rounds of that! Not to forget, the Taiwanese Prawn Mantis, Which is deep fried Mantis Prawn with some chili and pepper. Although I still prefer bigger Mantis Prawn, the dish turned out to be pretty good that we actually ordered more. Their steamed tofu with Unagi is also uniquely smooth, although we didn't like the fact that the tofu comes with a piece of Unagi. I don't know, I just feel like it doesn't taste good in water...:S And if you eat or like beef, do try the Tepanyaki beef. They are perfectly grilled, not too cooked but really just nice and juicy I just can't stop praising the beef! :pMotoyaki Scallops! Nobody should miss this at Tao!
Our plate of Tepanyaki was awesome~! The octopus and prawns are fresh and the beef was BLOODY GOOD!
Taiwanese Prawn Mantis... Okay I agree it doesn't look good but ah ah don't judge the prawns by its look!
Try the tofu there too! Very smooth and nicey~!
Of course, I also think their Sashimi are really fresh too! There was this brownish coloured fish that I really like but I don't know what kind of fish is that, that was really good!
There are a lot of dishes that we just got the waitress to order their Top 10, so some didn't really turned out to be very nice. For instance, I don't find their Tempura very nice lor.The girls: Shirlexia, Mary and 33. I love 33, because every time it comes to typing her name I just need to type '33'.
The guys: Deardo Wong, PC and 33's bf that we never can remember his name... See, it's '33' again! :p
The two late birds... Ket Hon & Yang Yang.
Anywayz, I think for RM58, the buffet is very much worth the price, if you compare it to others that cost more for nothing. At least at Tao, they really serve you quality and fresh food. While I didn't like the noisy and dark atmosphere over there, I do think their services are pretty impressive. Hmmmm... I'm already feeling like having the Tepanyaki beef again now~! Deardo Wong pretending to have stomachache while me trying to check if there is a baby in there... Eh... Whose baby is that?????
Good one! But remember to book your table beforehand!

Dinner @ Ryu Tei, Subang SS15
*Updates: Just got my offer letter and passed my medical check-up. That means I am REALLY going to start work next Tuesday~! Yay~! Shirlexia is finally back to work~! :D
I've always wanted to try this restaurant! So the other night when it was raining Deardo and I decided to go and have some Ramen for dinner.
Ryu Tei, which basically emphasizes on their Ramen is located right next to Tomoe Japanese Restaurant in SS15. Well it looks much more simpler than the other fancy Japanese restaurants nearby though. And there isn't any Japanese serving us too. Worst, the other day when we were there we had to bare with this China man who was doing his 'national action'--spitting non stop! Really a BIG EUWWWWW~~~!!!Didn't take any picture in front of the restaurant because of the rain, so I hope this will do.
Anywayz, I was wrong for thinking the food here are expensive! Their Ramen if I'm not mistaken can be as cheap as RM11 per bowl! They also serve all kind of Japanese food from sushi, sashimi, bento till Tepanyaki. Best of all, they have a few Bento and Ramen sets choices for you to choose from and they are nicely priced too! Ryu Tei has a very simple setting.
Some FOC French Beans Omelet as appetizers.
Since we both were in a mood for noodles than rice, we ordered a set of Temaki & Tan Tan Men Set(RM27) and a Futo Maki Buta(no you won't go blind eating it) Kakuni Ramen Set(RM28). The sets come with a bowl of Ramen, Temaki or Maki, salad(with really yummy dressing too), Chawanmushi, some pickles and two pieces of watermelon.Seriously, that was how I reacted when my set of food arrived!!! Sooooooo bloody excited!!!
The bowl of Tan Tan Men with pieces of pork and vegetables.
Three Temaki for me, including one with Salmon! Yay~!
Deardo Wong looking very hungry already~!
The Buta Kakuni Ramen has some really delicious but fattening pork loin!
The Futo Maki looks pretty nice hey?
The Tan Tan Men that I had has a very spicy soup which would be perfect for spicy food lovers. But I reckon Deardo's Buta Kakuni Ramen is much better with a very flavourful soup. You know sometimes I really hate Japanese noodles soup just because a lot of them tastes just like water with shoyu(soya sauce) but this one is obviously really boiled soup lor! Deardo has really high reviews for his bowl Ramen he said it was THE BEST Ramen he had ever had!
While the Ramen impressed us a lot, the Temaki and Maki are just so-so really. But then the amount of food in the set for that kinda price is really unbelievably reasonable! We were so fulled after finishing everything! And it only cost us like RM27~RM28 per set! Very rare actually, for Japanese food!We had great fun enjoying the food!!! :D
We are definitely going back whenever we have a crave for yummy Ramen~!

Genting picture post (BM version)
Ayahanda tengah buat ape tu???
Ducum memakai seluar panjang Mamo sebab nak masuk Kasino... Kekekekeke...
Tak jadi Mamo berposing kelakar~!
Ah... Jadi jugak!
Satu keluarga bahagia~! Sedihnya Vivian yang berada di Kampar! :(
