Remembering Yasmin Ahmad...

By now I believe most of you Malaysians have seen those short films on 15 Malaysia, are probably waiting cautiously to see those that are only coming on-line later.
I have to admit I'm not such a patriotic Malaysian. But as a film lover, I enjoy watching these short films a lot, especially when they are so 'real'! The courage to tackle those sensitive issue should be something local directors dare themselves to try. You know what, that just makes me think of the late Yasmin Ahmad.
I'm just an ordinary fan of her and her films. But when I saw her turning back to look at 'Rama' in House, I seriously felt my tears almost coming out... That's Yasmin Ahmad! And her true and cool personality!
I know I'm already missing her. In fact, I'm going to miss her all my life.
Without her, what is local film industry?

I guess I have that same feeling towards Yasmin Ahmad. Remembering her kindness and always the smile on her face. She is great! I'm glad that I met her once...this is so called 'yuan'
