We were actually going to check out a restaurant nearby one fine Saturday when we went past this particular restaurant which was already full house. We thought, something must be really good when the restaurant is that packed, right? So we changed our mind and tried this instead!
I personally love the bean sprouts, which were cooked quite perfectly, with its crunchiness remains and the garlic oil all over, the platter screams 'must-try', that's for sure. And for RM3, it is much cheaper than many of the same dish in Klang Valley! The Sotong Pork Balls were really good too, but that's not homemade or anything so you can get it elsewhere too. Again, RM4 for 6 pieces, it's still very reasonable compared to others! We also tried their signature 'Village Chicken' which was smooth, tender and really yummy, especially with the mixed gravy that came with it!
Honestly, it looks pretty plain but as you savour further, it's actually quite a satisfying, light bowl of noodles. Unlike most other Chicken Hor Fun you know, this one comes with big pieces of chicken, pork slices and even fish balls. Yup, it came like that in the menu, we didn't ask to top up anything! So it was quite interesting and pretty much worth the price too! Try all these with their chicken rice chili sauce and you will be really happy!
