One of the hairstyle I'm considering is having fringe.

I would say no to fringe. Yes it will make some ppl look younger, but not everyone. Fringe will make your face even rounder! Think twice ok
i think u should try fringe. i mean, for ages u've been having similar haircut, though u insisted there was a change...its time for a real big change! i mean, u r not wearing glasses, so im sure if u do a lil' make-up with your cute fringe short hair, it'll look quite cute... more over, its not hard for that fringe to grow long in case u really really don't like it... u can always wear a cap/hat... pin it up of what...

oh ya, about the round face issue... well, depends how u take it. no offend, but its not that yr face doesnt look round with your current hairstyle wurt... btw, big face like me can cut my hair this short... its time for a daring try~~
I will vote not to cut the fringe.
I will suggest if u wanna have a change, cut it layer infront...short to long..then hightlight that...cool man..
