A New Definition of Pretzels @ Pretz n' Beanz, Solaris

We were out one night for late night coffee at Solaris area when we saw this Pretz n' Beanz, very prominently located at a corner lot by the road side and decided to give it a try. Fortunately for us, it was only their second day of operation and we got a buy one free one Pretzel deal as their opening special!
Before we go into the food, the cafe is bright, spacious but pretty crowded on the night so it was not easy to talk under such noisy situation. They also use a mixture of different chairs and tables as their furniture which is quite fun!
Their Pretzel menu has both sweet and filled savoury flavours, which is quite extensive I must say. Beyond Pretzels, they also have sandwiches, toasts, waffles and even breakfast and dinner meals. We ordered our food and drinks at the counter and waited for them to serve us the stuff we ordered.
Double Cheese Honey Toast, RM13.90.
The Double Cheese Honey Toast sounded a bit strange to me cos I was really in doubt about the mixture of sweet and savoury but that toast turns out to be extremely delicious. The very nice honey (I really love their honey) complimented well with the generous amount of yummy melted cheese on the soft bread, making it a must-try whenever you visit them!
Choco Cookie Pretzel, RM7.90.
Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel, RM5.90.
Now come their main thing - Pretzels. We ordered the Choco Cookie Pretzel and it was although a bit too sweet, was clearly a class above, especially the Pretzel itself. The Cinnamon Sugar was also a bit too sweet to our liking. We got a free Original Pretzel and needless to say, it was pretty awesome. Unlike the commercialised Pretzels we have in Malaysia, this one is thinner yet the texture is much softer and tastes undoubtedly nicer. If it was not a late night snack I would have finish all the Pretzels all by myself cos they were just too delicious to stop eating!
Cafe Latte, RM11.
Keep Fit - Apple, Carrot, Celery and Cucumber Juice, RM13.50.
Their coffee wasn't too good but the juice we ordered was not too bad. Only complain would be they are definitely a little over-priced.
Fun supper with Lil' Jolie who also enjoyed the food!
They are not charging service charge or government tax yet at the moment but obviously the Pretzels are not the cheapest you have seen. They are nonetheless very delicious and satisfying I think Pretzels fans should give them a go. Or try the toast! Definitely going back one day whenever I crave for some carbs. :p

Is it because the Auntie Anne's are thick? I would say this one the texture is completely different! :)
